Web Order General Information.
Web Order consists of the following areas:
- Web Order Models
- Turnover shop id
- “Click’n’Collect”
- “Order in Store”
Web Order Model
A Web Order consists of minimum two elements. A header and minimum one line.
A Web Order can consists of many lines but only one header.
One line is one item. I.e. three of the same item must be created as three lines, as each line holds their own status.
Models:
Turnover shop id.
The web-shop turnover shop id can be set to control the turnover for a web-shop or web-orders. There can only be one web-shop turnover shop id for each web-shop(see here for more information). Items sold through a Web Order does not need to be marked as Web-shop stock. The turnover for a web-shop can be set in the following ways:
- Set to 0.
- Set to specific shop id.
- A shop id for a shop that physically exists. A real shop id.
- A shop id for a shop that does not physically exists. A virtual shop id.
If set to 0. The sale is placed on the individual shop ids. This option will result in no item transfers.
If set to a real or virtual shop id, the entire turnover is placed on this shop id.
If set to a real or virtual shop id, item transfers can occur. The set shop id will represent the stock for this web-shop id.
Item transfers will only occur if the turnover shop id is not 0 and different from the shop id from which the Web Order is Picked/Delivered. The turnover can be set to be calculated with or without regular turnover as needed per web-shop turnover shop id.
